Who We Are
FORMOSA CERAMIC TILES MFG. CORP. specializes in manufacturing glaze floor and wall tiles. Established in 1997, its manufacturing facility is located in Quezon road, San Isidro, San Simon, Pampanga. With its Italian superior technology supported by Taiwan technical experts, every tile produced assures every customer quality and beauty in their homes.
The company employs technical consultants to continuously improve our product quality and designs to meet changing requirements of customers. Likewise, the company also has very competent experienced technical personnel and workers to ensure the production of tiles in compliance with the quality requirements of national and international standards specification.
The company carries the brand name TEN ZEN TILES, MANILA TILES and TEN ZEN DIGITILES. To date it has produced over a hundred designs and still growing to maintain its status as one of the leading ceramic tiles manufacturer not only in the Philippines but throughout the world.
Our History
FORMOSA CERAMIC TILES MFG. CORP., formerly Grand Caesar Ceramic Tiles Mfg. Corp., is a member of the Ten Zen group refuted to be the number two in wall tile category in Taiwan. The group currently own and operate three factories and had grown rapidly, over the past two decades.
Armed with its basic philosophy of “serving beautiful tiles at reasonable prices”, the Group set its sight on the booming Philippine economy. Starting 1997, imported tiles from the mother company have found their way to the satisfaction of classy residential homes, modern shopping malls, and resorts. Emboldened by encouraging market conditions, the Group finally decided to establish a modern factory in a five hectare land in San Simon, Pampanga about 30-45 minutes drive from Manila. The first batch of production came out in December 1998 and in just a few months the company already established its niche in the Philippine market.
Our new factory promises to contribute in bringing about a change in our country’s landscape even in a small measure with our beautiful but affordable ceramic tiles.
POLICIES ON DISTRIBUTION
“We consider our distributors and dealers as our allies in the industry and we always listen to their comments and suggestions. At the moment, we allow these “friends” to tackle the project segment which are ordinarily covered by other manufacturers. We try to avoid conflicts with our distributors as we promise not to put up any direct-selling store in the Philippines.”
